Visa refused!!!! (merged)

First of all me and my sister interview went well and we got approved. Consulor told us to pick up visa 2 weeks later at the embassy. We were really happy. 2 weeks later, we went there to pick up visa and then they told us that we got refused due to DHS find ineligible to receive a visa and they gave our passports back ;(

I went home crying like a baby. How could this possible? Help??

No one can tell you how it's possible without knowing the US Embassy's reasons.

I'm so sorry, but if the DHS finds you ineligible there may not be anything you can do. What type of visa was it? Did they give you a reason for the denial?

yes we got a refusal worksheet and they gave our family photo back ;( and they told us that DHS didn't allow them to print visa. It's fx2 visa

My father filed us in 2013. And he currently lives in Portland.
