risk with H4 stamping after 4 visitor visa rejections?

Hello,

My fiance has 4 visitor visa rejections so far under 214(b).

I wonder, when she goes for her H4 stamping, these prior visitor visa rejections will negatively affect the H4 stamping?

Anyone has any ideas or heard of any similar experiences with H4 stamping?

As a non-USC, you cannot petition a fiance; she must be your spouse as of the date of application to be eligible for an H4.

I am not trying to bring my fiance with H4. Obviously, H4 is for spouse. I should have been clearer in my original message and can't edit the original message now.

So, she will go for H4 stamping only after marriage. So, my original question still remains that will these prior visitor visa rejections negatively affect the H4 stamping?

What Boiler said, plus make sure she applies for an H4 after the wedding, the application needs to be factual. What country is your fiance at?

Thanks. Yes, we will apply for H4 after the wedding only. My fiance is in India.

In our case, the time difference between engagement and wedding will only be 1-2 weeks.
