AOS Medical help from K1!!

We are filing from my fiances k1 to his AOS we have all the documents almost together but I want to make sure that everything was all set with his medical.He got the needed vaccines required while he was over in South Africa and we have his CD and his sealed envelope.

We don't send that information in with his file correct/ or do we need to send those along? Also his medical was done last December and we are going to send it before the year mark is up on it. However by the time that his green card is issued will be over the mark of the year? Will it still be valid since we submitted before the year time frame was up on it?

Anyone that has gone through this and dealt with this similar scenario would be so much help!!

Those adjusting from a K-1 should not need a new medical if you file within a year of the K-1 medical, but some IOs do not seem to know their own USCIS policies and have asked for new medicals if it is older than a year.
