My fiance's passport does not have a middle name should I still include it in the I 129 form? And when writing the letter of intent can I just put my first and last name? Has anyone done that and got approved with no RFE?

If they legally have a middle name, then list it.

I do not see why the statements of intent would need to have the full name including middle. Just first and last for each of you should work.

The Ukrainian patronymic name is often confused as a middle name. The patronymic name is based on the first name of the father. Ukrainians typically do not have a middle name.
