Can someone respond to these question, it's really important to me

1. What should I put for question #7, "I derive an annual income of" I just started my new job six months ago, and they provided me a cover letter of acceptance with how much i'll make annually. Should i put that or should i put how much i made annually with my previous tax returns?

2. Still under question 7, "I have on deposit in savings banks in the United States" question, if i have a really small amount in savings should i still input how much I have?

3.Question 9 "I have previously submitted affidavit(s) of support for the following person(s)", I should input None, because im the primary sponsor. I assume this self-explanatory, i never had perviously submitted and this is my first time.

4. Question 10 . "I have submitted a visa petition(s) to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services on behalf of the following person(s)." I would put my fiance, is that correct.

5. Question 11 for the i Intend or do not intend, do I leave that blank or should i write something?

6. During the Oath or Affirmation of Sponsor section that says "I acknowledge that I have read "Sponsor and Alien Liability" on Page 2 of the instructions for this form, and am aware of my responsibilities as a sponsor under the Social Security Act, as amended, and the Food Stamp Act, as amended." I would write yes is that correct?

Hey,

1. What should I put for question #7, "I derive an annual income of" I just started my new job six months ago, and they provided me a cover letter of acceptance with how much i'll make annually. Should i put that or should i put how much i made annually with my previous tax returns?

Put your annual income now as this is what matters to them. Your annual income is your current earnings

2. Still under question 7, "I have on deposit in savings banks in the United States" question, if i have a really small amount in savings should i still input how much I have?

I would be honest about it. I am guessing they cannot check but it won't hurt you to declare it

3.Question 9 "I have previously submitted affidavit(s) of support for the following person(s)", I should input None, because im the primary sponsor. I assume this self-explanatory, i never had perviously submitted and this is my first time.

If this is your first time then i believe you would not complete this or put NA. That would be if you had sponsored someone previously

4. Question 10 . "I have submitted a visa petition(s) to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services on behalf of the following person(s)." I would put my fiance, is that correct.

This is correct.

5. Question 11 for the i Intend or do not intend, do I leave that blank or should i write something?

This is the one that stumped my partner. You leave it blank and put it space underneath something like NA (K-1 visa petition pending) Double check what exactly it is though as i know it is online somewhere where lots of other people have asked that question including my fiancee :)

As long as you have read it, understand it and agree with it that is correct you would select yes.

I trust these help you, we completed ours 2 days ago :)

1. What should I put for question #7, "I derive an annual income of" I just started my new job six months ago, and they provided me a cover letter of acceptance with how much i'll make annually. Should i put that or should i put how much i made annually with my previous tax returns? Put the amount from your acceptance letter as your annual income now. Just make sure to provide them a copy of this as proof.

2. Still under question 7, "I have on deposit in savings banks in the United States" question, if i have a really small amount in savings should i still input how much I have? Not required unless you want to add it as part of your assets. You will have to provide proof as well. Most leave it blank.

3.Question 9 "I have previously submitted affidavit(s) of support for the following person(s)", I should input None, because im the primary sponsor. I assume this self-explanatory, i never had perviously submitted and this is my first time. Correct. If you have never filled out any other I-134 or I-864 you don't have to put anything.

4. Question 10 . "I have submitted a visa petition(s) to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services on behalf of the following person(s)." I would put my fiance, is that correct. Yes!

5. Question 11 for the i Intend or do not intend, do I leave that blank or should i write something? This is usually for a co-sponsor to fill out if they intend to give extra money to help with bills or food, etc. Unless you intend to continuously make similar direct payments to this person moving forward you can leave it blank. Its understood and expected that in marriage the two of you share monetary responsibility for things, even if you were both to maintain separate bank accounts.

Correct

Edit: Corrected some wording on #5 just to try and make it more clear.
