That happens sometimes. You can just keep checking. There's nothing else to do. Just wait. There's no way to check there's no way to speed it up. It's really just a waiting game unfortunately.

@Keas, I am happy to share with you that today we received plastic GC. Yesterday when I contacted level2 officer provided the usps tracking# but still USCIS site still showing the same error :)

Green Card issuance can take 6 months. USCIS is very slow issuing them right now.

It depends on which PoE you use. If you are going through quieter airport, you will receive quickly.

Two of my uncle receive their Green Card in 18 days exactly when entering through  RDU(Rayleigh-Durham, North Carolina. JFK is the worst as my aunt had to wait 2.5 months for it.

LAX , ORD  takes about a month.

Any clue how much time DFW takes these days ? Given that USCIS ,Texas prints these GCs, these should be faster right ?

Not necessarily. It's more to do with how many they are processing per airport. If it is quiet airport, then hardly any GC per day and hence faster delivery and busy ones like JFK results in longer waiting time.
