Is there anyone of you know how or where can we obtain a Mandatory waiver and Extraordinary Circumstances waiver?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

We've got RFE for k1 visa and this is our second application coz we were denied last year and my fiance has criminal record which is included to IMBRA, so the USCIS requesting to submit those waivers in my post

To request the waiver you write a letter to USCIS doing this. For criminal you need to provide copies of court records, etc.

The I-129F instructions has info on this.
