PARIS interview time, help??

Hi, my fiancé has just scheduled his K-1 visa interview in Paris. But the email we received said to schedule an interview on a Wednesday between 8:30-10:45am, and the only appointments available were at 11 or 11:30. I am assuming that if he was given the option to schedule at these times, it just means that they have extended the hours in which they do interviews, but I know they are sticklers about their instructions so I wanted to make sure that he will be seen. Has anyone had a similar experience? Thanks!

Hello, I have received that same email and I am confused as how to schedule... when I go to the website to schedule it asks me if I sent an application of readiness which I haven't received from the embassy.... how did you schedule your appointment? Did you schedule medical first? It would help me a lot if you could tell me how you managed... thanks

Hi Louv, Did you already fill out the DS-160? This will need to be completed before you make your appointment, as you will need the confirmation that this has been done. My fiancé was then able to schedule the appointment via the embassy's website (he scheduled it for 11am even though the email had said it should be between 8:30-10:45am, but this ended up being fine). he called the drs on the list and they told him to make his interview appointment first, and then he called the dr back and was able to schedule the medical visit for a day that was before his interview date.
