usvisa-info and bank fee

Hello!

So is it correct that when my fiance goes to fill out usvisa-info for the interview date he goes to the "immigrant" side, not "nonimmigrant"? Also will he need his confirmation number from the DS-160? Will he need any numbers? (NVC # or USCIS #)? He won't have needed to already get medical appointments correct? It sounds like he'll be doing them a week before his interview...

Also the instructions say the following, ". Once you have all of the required documents specified in these instructions, please schedule an appointment online at www.usvisa-info.com, or by calling (703) 439 2374 (U.S). You will need to pay the $US265.00 K-1 visa fee and the 200 FCFA “timbre fiscal” fee to the SGBS bank in Senegal. "

So will he need to go to the bank first before filling out the usvisa-info and have to put in a receipt number from the bank into this second application?

I'm just worried about this part since our communication is tough and his access to a computer is hard so it's hard for me to make sure everything is in place...

Thanks,

Amy
