vaccination, medical exam, and interview question colombia

Okay I will start by saying our papers were just sent from NVC to Bogota Colombia.

Because I like to prepare before, I have found the packet 3/4 online and am preparing all.

My fiance lives far from bogota and we are figuring out which way it best to do things.

I have read that people do this:

day one: blood test, xray

day two. medical exam/vaccination

day three: fingerprint and later that day pick up medical exam results

day four interview.

has anyone experienced problems with this method? i.e. not receiving exam results?

is it better for her to go the week before and do her blood test, medical exam/ vaccination to have everything ready before?

also with the vaccinations ive heard that it is best to make sure you have your vaccines prior to entering USA but most doctors approved by the embassy sway you away from getting them done and even say no if you ask. Any advice on what is the best way to approach this vaccine topic?
