I-485 Part 3

I am reviewing my documents before I file for AOS. Just verifying that in the form I-485 Part 3 A under Provide your name exactly as it appears on your form I-94, Arrival-Departure Record Number that this line is just asking for the immigrants name on the visa. What I do not understand is the comma Arrival-Departure Record Number. Does this mean I also need to put this in this line and if so what is it?

On 3a, you just have to fill in your name as it's exactly shown on the I-94. You came in on your maiden name (I assume you changed your name if you're a woman).

Look at the form example here on VJ and see how they filled it out too.

It just asks for the name there in Part 3. It asks for the I-94 number in Part 1. And that is is the number found on your I-94 that you will print off and include with the I-485.

I believe they made a mistake in listing the word 'Number' at the end of the I-94 form title there in Part 3. It was not there in the previous version, and does not make sense there.
