Hi,

My fiance and I are currently filling out the DS-160 and the question: "Do you have any immediate relatives, not including parents, in the United States?" is asked.

I (the Petitioner), am currently in Morocco (on a tourist visa) for the past year, living with my fiance and his family. So technically my country of residence is the US, but I am in Morocco. Sooooo, how do we answer this question? I am assuming I would put down 'Yes' and list myself? Although, the wording of the question is 'do you have any relatives IN the US' and technically I'm not IN the US....

HelP!

The DS160 questions are directed towards the beneficiary not the petitioner.

The petitioners part was the I-129f. After NOA2 the rest references the beneficiary.

Yes you would list yourself as living in USA. Your on a tourist visa visiting. You are not a permanent resident.

Thanks! That's what I thought, but the language is slightly vague :)
