Hello All,

I am starting this thread since i couldn't find new thread for 2016 October filers.

Here is my timeline.

I-485+ EAD+ AP

09/30/2016 --- Package sent thru FEDEX.

10/03/2016 --- Package delivered and signed in at Chicago Lockbox.

Waiting for NOA!!!!!

10/03/2016 ---- I-485+EAD+AP package received at chicago Lockbox.

10/17/2016 ---- Recived email and text notifications.

10/22/2016 ---- Received Hard copies of NOA's.

10/28/2016 ---- Received Biometrics Appointment letter FOR 11/08/2016

10/31/2016 ---- Biometrics completed ( early walk-in)

11/01/2016 --- Received RFIE for tax forms(text ).

11/08/2016 ---- USCIS case updated with response for RFIE received.

12/12/2016 --- EAD and AP approved.

12/18/2016 --- Recived combo card(EAD+AP) in hand.

Depends on how long you're married for. If less than two years, the green card will be valid for two years (usually after approval of the i485 but sometimes after the filing date, you'll have to wait

Just got confirmation that my I756 EA cards are being produced! Now hopefully also the AP card will get done soon!

Same here: I-485, EAD, AP

Sent via priority express on 10/4, received and signed on 10/5!!

1/17/2019.........Mailed ROC package via USPS, two day shipping to Dallas, TX

1/19/2019........Package delivered

1/22/19............Case Received

1/28/2019........Received text from USCIS with case received information and receipt number

1/28/2019........Bank check was cashed 

3/4/2019..........Submitted e-request for non-delivery of receipt notice

3/15/2019........Received email confirmation that a duplicate receipt was in its way

3/23/2019.........Received 18 month extension letter in the mail

7/5/2019...........Biometrics completed

3/11/2020........Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview Status Online. As of 4/13 we have not received any notifications

3/22/16.....Vaccinations up to date (only needed one)

5/17/16.....NOA2 ( 91 days)

6/ 3/16.....NVC Recived

6/ 6/16.....Case Number Received

6/14/16.....Medical

7/ 7/16..... Interview Approved

9/14/16..... POE

9/22/16.....Wedding

12/26/16....Baby due date ( it's a girl )

AOS

9/30/16.....AOS sent to Chicago

10/3/16..... Delivered

10/18/16....NOA1 text x3

10/29/16.....Biometric letter for 11/9/16

11/08/16..... Successful walk-in for biometrics

12/**/16..... She arrived our baby girl was born

01/03/17.....EAD card in production 

01/03/17.....EAD/AP approved

06/26/17.....Interview- Approved

06/26/17.....AOS card in production

We sent ours in on the 1st! USPS said it was delivered on the 3rd, but we haven't received a text back yet. Hopefully we'll hear back soon. :) Good luck to everyone! Looking forward to hearing all the stories and just being more relaxed in this process than our K1!

2016/04/27: NVC Case# Received.

2016/05/17: Packet 4 Received. (Packet 3 was skipped)

2016/05/30: Medical in Vancouver.
2016/06/22: Interview in Montreal.

2016/06/28: Administrative Processing.

2016/06/29: Visa Issued.

2016/07/08: Visa in hand.

2016/07/09: POE in Calgary.

2016/08/16: Married!

AOS Process

2016/10/01: Sent in AOS Package.

2016/10/17: NOA Text Received.

2016/10/28: Biometrics Appointment Letter.

2016/11/08: Biometrics Appointment.

2016/12/16: Form I-131 (Travel) and EAD Approved.

2017/03/02: Form I-485 Approved.

But I am in F2A category.

Sent 1 st and delivered 3rd October.

And no any update,even do not cash the check. worry....

Yeah, they still haven't cashed our cheque either. We're going to wait a bit and then call on Monday, I think. We also put in the text so that the would tell us when they received it. Maybe they're just on a long vacation! Good luck to you!

I also applied in F2A category. Looking at other people posts from different threads,the average turn out seems to be around 2 weeks. No need to worry right now.We should hear something by end of this week. Fingers crossed.

Hi, I'm really glad to find this thread. I have been really anxious lately. I sent my AOS packet last Sept. 28. They should have received it by Oct 3rd. I still haven't hear from them. Should I wait longer?

I also sent my packet on September 28 and according to USPS it was delivered on September 30. Still no news though and they haven't cashed my check yet...

Kind of glad that I'm not the only person who is still waiting here...

Me too. I sent mine to the Chicago lockbox. Where did you send yours?

They also haven't cashed my check yet.

I know for a lot of people, it should not take more than 10 days to get a notification. I'm just hoping it will arrive in a matter of days.
