Do we need the police clearance certificate to be attested in Philippines

Hi

I was able to secure a police clearance while vacationing in Philippines last month but it's not being attested. I am already back in Dubai and got my police clearance in dubai where I stayed for more than 10 years. Is it really mandatory to have an Attested police clearance from Philippines?

Need your help please. Thanks

Did you get an NBI clearance from the Philippines or just a local one? If you got an NBI police clearance then you are good.

If you going to have your interview at USEM Manila then yes you will need a NBI Clearance but not "attested". Clearance cannot be older then 6 months at the time of your interview.

If you are processing through Dubai then you need to check with the US Embassy in Dubai as to what is required. Go to their website where you will find all the instructions to process there.

Local police clearance is not what is needed, the NBI is what is required, the green version for TRAVEL ABROAD.

Visa chase and citizenship.. DONE!

Hi you dont need police clearance in ph. you need NBI clearance thats what they accepted during my interview.

My Fiancé had a MBI clearance, but they found a person with the same name on a watch list and it has taken for ever to clear this matter up. They did finally tell her that the matter has been resolved, and the visa is in process, but we still wait.
