Hello Everyone!

Just curious if anyone on here had the experience of interviewing at the US consulate in London as a non-U.K. citizen. In particular I'm interested to know if questions were asked regarding your status and/or immigration to the UK. The consulate reviews of the interviews on here seem quick and fairly easy but I have not read any from beneficiaries from other countries. These experiences may be different. Thank you so much for your help VJ Community!

Legal status in the country of application is a standard part of any ds260. If he's a UK resident on a visa, his passport would show it and it'll be up to the CO how deeply to delve into his UK immigrant status, though that's unlikely.
