G-325A City and Country of Birth Question

Timeline

My fiance's birth certificate (and her parents bc's) says like this: CITY, VILLAGE, COUNTRY

I attached 3 images of three different versions of the G325a document that i made, that will show you clearly what i am trying to ask.

should i write city (+village) and country (like it says on their birth certificates)?

... or should i just write city and country as is

ty

Hey) We did that recently and had the same question) Never found any answers for that, just sent it hoping for the best)

I added only mom's village, didn't really think adding the province and then it wasn't even enough room for it.

It's not really the ultimate source of truth but it passes USCIS so I guess that works.

May 26th
2016, Received at PO box

May 31 2016, NOA1

June 1st 2016, Check cashed

June 4th 2016, NOA1 (hard copy)

August 9th 2016, RFE mailed

August 11th 2016, RFE (hard copy)

August 11th 2016, RFE response sent

August 19th 2016, NOA2

September 22nd 2016, Dropped off the paperwork at the embassy

September 27th 2016, Approved at the interview!!!

October 4th 2016, Visa issued

October 5th 2016, Picked up the visa

October 8th 2016, POE New York

December 13 2016, AOS package received at USCIS

December 30 2016, NOA1 issued

January 11 2017, NOA1 received

January 12 2017, Biometrics done

January 12 2017, RFI issued

February 28 2017, RFI response sent

May 11 2017, EAD card being produced
