Hello guys,

I'm gonna get married the next days and I will make the marriage certificate to apply for the I130, I saw that I have to proof the relationship between me and my spouse, I'm not gonna make a big ceremony because I prefer to do it once she got her visa, so It's gonna be a small thing and I'm gonna make pictures of me and her and with our families, so I juste want to know if it's enough and if there's any additional proof that I have to provide in order to get the I130 approval

Thank you

Don't forget to add her to your birth certificate and family book in algeria. Get copies of these and you'll need a copy of the marraige certificate, have it translated there and send both.(uscis and nvc are copies) she will need the orginal at the interview.

Also copy your passport and the visa stamp to prove you both have meet within the 2 years required. Copy Boarding passes for the flight.

Affadavits from her family and yours to help with the "bonifide proofs "

Good luck and congrats, may Allah bless your marriage ♧

Who ever traveled to algeria, when you send in proofs use the copy of the stamps in the book. Some have a visa, some dont. But it shows your entry and it's another proof of your visit.

Affadavits help as a bonifide proofs as they are legal sworn statements. My family and his did them to show they knew we were married and his character. Which we should have side loaded to nvc. Orginal we sent only one.

That's one reason we got a 221g for more proofs and we sent 4 years worth.

You're algerian as is she so it will be easier but you still have to prove your relationship.

You can google them.

Barak allahou fik for you answers, you are helping me a lot, I think that you are talking about the NVC step because I'm still in the first step which is the I-130, I'm gonna send the petition in October and actually I'm gonna send the Affidavits from my and her family, and I'm gonna add the pictures of the ceremony and the family record book translated, I hope that it will be enough to get the approval of the I-130

No that's uscis, you need to prove you visited within 2 years. Those proofs do that.

Anyways good luck
