Don't think so..Since the website mentions Processing cases as of Date - 30 August 2016.

But I could be wrong. You could try it on the online form and if it allows you to submit your inquiry you're good to go

PD Aug 23 still waiting...

We've applied for both CR1 and K3, and yesterday I got a notification saying that our K3 is "case closed for benefit/status received by other means", while our CR1 case status stayed the same.

Since it said that "benefit/status received", so I think I can take it as an indication that our CR1 will be approved soon?...

Have you tried calling USCIS? I think with a PD of 23rd August you are outside of normal processing times. I would take that status as a good sign, sounds like they have approved or are about to approve your other petition.

August 23rd, but still no updates. Tier 2 has submitted service requests and I submitted one online but all say "Currently not assigned for processing". This week, I finally wrote a letter to my local representative asking for assistance. Any advice you may have would be much appreciated!

Sounds like you've taken most of the steps you can possibly take. The only other thing I can tell you is to try and contact the DHS Ombudsman for assistance with your case (see here for details). The ombudsman is basically an employee at DHS/USCIS that helps the public with cases. You can request help with your case at the link I've provided.

Good Day All,

It's been about 8 working days since we paid the AOS and IV fees and the status still shows "in process" on NVC website.

I called NVC and the lady told me it may take up to 4 weeks. I am worried and want to know if this is normal?

What can be done in this situation?

Thanks.
