I-130 sent to chicago lockbox August 12

I-130 routed to Nebraska

NOA1 Agust 16

Received e-mail

still havent received hard copy in the mail

Maybe you can wait for the 30 days then contact them..mailed august 24 and got noa1 hardcopy a 2 weeks later I'm guessing you should have received yours too.

I waited 30 days and called USCIS but seems like they dont have much information about the shipping its also supposed to be sent to our house here in Brazil.

The lady who i spoke with from USCIS says i shouldnt worry because there is nothing important in the letter. I dont know.... -_-

I-130 Petition Filed From Abroad

August 12-2016 Sent I-130 Petition to Chicago.

August 16-2016 USCIS received I-130, Acceptance notification received by email. Case sent to Nebraska.

February 21-2017 Approved I-130 sent to NVC.

 

NVC

March 26-2017 Submitted I-864 AOS Email Processing

April 03-2017 Case Complete NVC in 1 week

May 23-2017  Interview Date

May 23-2017 Approved!. Thank GOD!

my case status says ''response to uscis' request for evidence received''

what does that mean? we don't receive any RFE mail and dind't send anything to them.why it says they received our response to uscis' request for evidence?

They asking you about something you didn't include on the package you sent them .all you have to do is see what they asking for and that will be in the letter they will sent to you so get it and sent it to them that all buddy

Well if you already sent them what they need you just have to wait usually it take a couple weeks you be approved

I think what he is saying is online update states rfe received but he hasn't sent a response because he wasn't issued a rfe..

i think we sent a correction of the birth of date but not the request for evidence..is it because of that?what do you think?i expect that the status will show "date of birth is updated" not the response to uscis' rfe.

I saw I few august filers they got the second notice I hope it's true

I filled my I130 on August 5th. We received the NOA1 one week later. My last name was misspelled, so we had to request a correction. Our petition was sent to Potomac and on September 26th we received NOA2.
