Hi there,

With the new website it seems that access to your case is not there, has anyone else had this issue. When I login to https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov

I attached the photo of the page, I do not see anywhere to see My cases, my letters etc, as I was able to before.

Anyone else having this issue or is there something I am missing.

Yes they have truly revamped the site after since Wednesday. I was shocked I couldn't access my account to see my green card process. But within hours got text that my case status was updated. and went and saw my IOE# card production has started.

All I can advise is if this is about a green card to be sure that receipt# is added to your cases for text and email so you get updates.

And their information about myUSCIS app. Where is that I have yet to find it? Have you?

they were definitely doing something yesterday with the site.

04/19/16 PD - NOA1 (Potomac Service Center)

07/13/16 Transferred to National Benefits Center to "speed up" processing

08/06/16 Transferred to Local Field Office (Philadelphia) for Marriage Interview

10/04/16 - Congressional Inquiry

01/05/17 - Ombudsman says will receive Interview letter within 30 Days!

02/01/17 - Marriage Interview

02/02/17 - I-130 Approved!!!  :D
