Hi

for the i129f packet form my Fiancé the petitioner only has call records back from last 2 months as he got a new phone. I am the beneficiary can we use screenshot logs from my call log? To show proof of ongoing relationship and calls.

Cause we live US/Canada North America we both have unlimited calling. So we mainly call and text each other. we do have WhatsApp dating back though. But for screenshots only I have the records for skype and call logs. Can we use mine or it has to be from his as he is the petitioner? Any advice and also how should it be arranged as pics of screenshots in word doc or to print out each one separately?

Sorry we are new to this. Thanks for your help.

It doesn't matter who has the files. Just print them and include them in your petition. The USCIS - or anyone else for that matter - wouldn't know or care who had originally saved the files. You don't need tons of evidence, especially since you're from Canada. Print a sampling of chat logs from as far back as you can. (For example, if you've been together for a year, printing parts of a conversation or two per month is plenty.) The USCIS doesn't want to read dozens of pages of texts and emails. The most important thing to include is proof that you've met in person. The additional proof of an on-going relationship is just extra.

Welcome to the forum. If you haven't :guides: If you want to throw in some chat logs, to show you correspond often, you can; but don't stress about it and only add a few. You will have to show proof of on going relationship at the interview stage and you are not from a high risk embassy (they usually benefit from front loading their petition). Keep it simple. The records can come from either one of you.
