I was wondering about one thing, when translating the documents, is it mandatory to use one of the translators they have on their website or can you use anyone you want?

Yes, I think this list contains all the sworn translators by city.

Not all cities are mentioned, only a few. So what happens if you don't use a translator from the list?

if the translator is sworn, it should be fine. If not, the translation won't be accepted.

They listed the major cities, if someone is resident in another small area, probably there might not be a sworn translator over there. Therefore, it might be better to travel to the nearest city.
