Hello everyone!

I'm applying for a k1 at the moment, have my interview scheduled for the 14th of September! I'm super nervous, but mostly anxious.

I've been doing a lot of reading on this forum, and it has been awesome, thank you everybody!

I do have a couple of questions, since I'm just making sure I have everything I need to take with me to Ciudad Juarez, México:

*Our lawyer sent out a I-134 F along with our I-129 , but I've read that they request for an original at the interview, should I make him do another one (signed) and send it to me?

*The form G-28 (attorney's appearance) , was sent also along with the I-129, should I take another one (original) to the interview?

*I've read that k1's do not need to get vaccinations at the medical, however, I've read that they've been asked for their vaccination records even though they do not get any vaccinations, Do I need that? (vaccination records)

Thank you so much in advance!! I'm so nervous!

For me here in Cambodia, I brought all my vaccinations record for my medical bro. Good luck and don't be worried you will pass. If your relationship is real then you have nothing to worry about. ???

Yes don't worry too much about the medical.. Everything will be fine :-) Here in Philippines i was given 3 different shots.. if you don't have any vaccination record with you, that's ok cause the doctor will ask you if you have vaccination scars on your both arm.. The doctor will decide what kind of vaccine will be given to you.

Yes let him send you a new copy of I-134 with his signature.. Though here in Philippines they didn't ask that from me during my interview.. Just be ready in case they need it..

Good luck!

no u don't need it. It's not required for K1 holders. I'm from Mexico too, living with my husband now in Texas. The worst that can happen is that you get a blanket waiver for incomplete vaccination record like me, and then once ur fiance/e arrives here, she/he has to get the shots for AOS.

Don't worry at all for Vaccination records!

Thank you so much everybody! You all , and people here have been really helpful! I'll let you know how it went , I can't wait to be with the man I love , It has been really hard to be waiting , I could have gone to visit him , but I was afraid they wouldn't let me in , have a 10 year visa but didn't want to take the risk.

Not sure if this helps but My lawyer also included the I134 in the packet and he said we didnt need to take one because he already included it. I (being paranoid) sent my fiance an updated one with a date closer to the interview and a wet signature and he is taking it just in case even though they have the other one. It has the same info just with a recent date and my signature.
