How to pay my visa Application fee !

Hello everyone,
I am from Iran and my case has been sent to Embassy , saying that i have to pay my fee anytime soon,
My case is Fiance visa and it cost $265 But how and where can i pay it ?

I live in Iran and there is no Credit Card in here (I can ask my Fiance to share her Credit card btw),

checking this website Iran isn't on their list too !

If you are going through the Turkey embassy the you have to find them on the list and not Iran.

Have you heard from the embassy with instructions?
