Hey guys i have one question ...so Thursday i have the interview for 130 i know they will give me 601 bcuz i overstayed my b1/b2 5 yrs and they find me inadmissible when i try to enter US in 2015 after a 3 months iin romania. my question is what is going to happen at this interview ? would they hold my passport ? im a bit confused i had a friend from canada and she told me they hold her passport after 130 and when she applied for her 601 last year in august had to wait for them to send her the passport and the package for 601 so she can fly home..i know that if they approve your 601 with in 12 months u dont go to a second interview is that correct? thank u
