Hi!

I recently received my K-1 visa.

My fiancé's father is the joint sponsor for the I-134/I-864 form and he currently has enough income to fullfill the financial requirements since he still works.

However, he is up there in age and should he retire at some point in the coming years (he wouldn't have a sufficient income in that case anymore), what effect would this have on him and me? Would I need another joint sponsor that has a sufficient income? Could I be deported from the United States if I don't find another sponsor? Could they make my Conditional Green Card invalid if I don't find another sponsor?

My fiancé doesn't meet the financial requirements, so we definitely need a joint sponsor.

I would love some information and advice about this.

Thank you very much in advance! :)
