Hello, all.

My wife and I are having trouble accessing the review page of our DS-260 application; all of our information has been added in a timely fashion (this can't be a timeout error) using IE but when we click on the 'REVIEW' button we receive a web page that states 'Application Error. You have encountered an application error. Please try again later.'

We have contacted the NVC several times over the past month and had our problem moved up to a supervisor, yet the problem persists. I (the petioner and spouse) called the NVC yesterday and they said ~"a ticket was processed several weeks ago, and that it is a programming or website-side error and will be taken care of by whoever operates the website". Has anyone else come across the same error, and if so is there anything we can do to rectify the problem (outside of waiting)?

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. :help:

I had the same error come up for my form as well. I think its some sort of bug in NVC system that shows up in some cases. Give it few days and it should get resolved itself. I think in my case it fixed itself after 2 to 3 days. And I think it appeared a day or two before weekend. So give it couple of days not including the weekends. Hopefully by Wednesday of coming week it would have fixed itself.

Thanks for reply and suggestion. We tried your suggestion but were still unable to get to the review stage of the DS-260. We tried Bing, Chrome, Firefox, and even went as far as trying Opera to no avail. Thanks so much for taking the time to offer your help.

Unfortunately our problem was brought to the NVC's attention at least three weeks ago, but the body who operates the website is still working on it. Thanks for your time and offering your suggestion. Hopefully it will work itself out soon.
