From page 2 of the Form I-485 instructions:

Translations. Any document submitted to USCIS with information in a foreign language must be accompanied by a full English translation. The translator must certify that the English language translation is complete and accurate, and that he or she is competent to translate from the foreign language into English.

GN! I would like to Know if I have to translate muy spanish birth certificate for my AOS??

Yes! Please ensure you do as you may initiate an RFE!!

Any and all documents that are in Spanish must be translated into English. I have found that it is much cheaper to have everything translated in DR.
