Hello I am starting to gathering everything to get this Removal on Residency going! Just a few questions!!

1. Should I included tax transcripts for the last 2 years?

2. Pictures? Should I included pictures and how many?

3. Should I included a history of our relationship since we have been married?

1. Yes.

2. If you'd like. 5-10 but they are considered weak evidence so they are ok to omit.

3. I doubt USCIS bothers read these. I would not bother.

You mean Removal of Condition...

You will need everything you can get your hands on, there is no such thing as too much...If you have to fill a box or boxes of evidence, do it...

1- Income tax returns under both your names

2- Joint bank accounts under both ur names

3- Credit cards statements under both your names

4- Rent, lease, home under both your names.

5- Health Insurance under both your names

6- Bank statements under both your names

7- Auto Insurance under both your names

8- Utility bills under both your names

9- living will

10- Travel, vacation, tickets, hotel receipts pictures of both of you while travelling

11- Pictures with kids, family members, gatherings together.

12- If you have kids together...that is important.

Oh, gather all you can for the last two years...its all on you to prove to them. If I am missing something maybe someone else can add to the list...

Review some of the numerous postings in this forum with inventory lists to get a good idea of what and how much evidence to include. :idea:
