I am originally from mexico but I am a US citizen now. Divorced and hoping I could find someone who will be loyal to me. I found this dating site and met a lot of filipinas but only one got my attention. We've been engaged since Dec 2015 but now I found out that she is also engaged to other American and she used my own money to travel in Macau to meet the guy because the guy went there for business trip. I don't know what to feel because my ex wife cheated on me with two different men and now this one cheated on me and used me. I always travel because of my job but if I will not then how can I support my future wife. It seem women now are different.

I want to know how can I cancel my visa and if there is a way for me to get my money back or file a case against her. I sent her money because I am new to this and I believe her that she is the one who will process the visa and all I need is an invitation letter and sign. I have him a lot even build a house for her. Please help me

Did you file the K1 petition for her and did she already get the K1 visa? What visa you are talking about to cancel? If you have filed the petition, then you can withdraw the petition by letting USCIS and NVC know about what's going on.

Other than that you cannot do anything from here unless you travel to Phillipines and file a case against her in a court over there. Even in that case, there is a chance that you might loose the case. You helped her, you sent her money as gift not as a loan so it will be difficult getting the money back. It's time to move on.

We haven't get the Noa2. I think that is the best thing to do move on. Just hard to think a so innocent Asian girl will do that to me.

Innocent? She was never an innocent girl, she appeared innocent just to rip you off.

You can mail a letter of withdrawal to USCIS and you should be good.

Make an infopass appointment (in the page: uscis.gov) and bring the letter to your local uscis office, write a letter with the specifics like case number, names, everything you have as proofs... As far as cheating wife/girlfriend... maybe you are looking in the wrong places for a relationship and letting their lies to manipulate you...

Be sure to include your NOA1 number in the letter so they connect it to your application. If you have written evidence of her second relationship, you can include that if you'd like. It might be added to any future petition filed for her or it might not do anything but make you feel better. As for getting your money back, that's pretty much a lost cause. Ask yourself how much more time, heartache, and money you want to spend on this relationship because getting your money back won't be fast, easy, or guaranteed. I'd recommend cutting ALL ties with her because she'll probably say anything to keep you from canceling the petition.

I am so sorry for you. women are not all like that, but some people will go above and beyond trying to immigrate. It is hard even for the ones that are trying to do so for true love because of this reputation. you have to move on and believe that you deserve better.

the money is pretty much gone. when you pay the filling fee, that's for all the work around your file. they consider "work" from the moment they pick up your file from the lockbox til the end. so, there is no chance. the best thing you can do is let USCIS know that she is not trying to get the K1 for the right reasons, either with you or him, because he might be on the same position as you right now or maybe clueless.

I am not sure but if I will base on what I found out she really love this guy because she never introduce me to any of her friends. I agree that there are a lot of people now that will do everything just to get here. I met a lot of scammers before her and I thought she is different because she is so sweet and family oriented. I just talked to her friend through facebook and she told me that from the start she doesn't have plan to be with me but only to get here. Dating site are for people who are looking for love but not a lot there are using it to get easy money and green card.

Best advise for long distance relationship, especially from The Philippines, if they ask for money RUN!!! Good Filipina's won't ask for money. Follow the advice from others. There are no refunds so that money is gone. Don't give up as there is someone for you. Good luck.

I will probably just find here than be in a long distance relationship again. I wasted a lot of my time to travel and money and it wasn't worth it. Maybe out of 10 there is only 1 good filipina.

I hope so. There are a lot of men who look for Asian women thinking they are different but it look like they are not.
