Hi, VJers!

We are now completing the documents in filling the AOS Application.

In Affidavit of Support forms, I have two joint sponsors, my husband and my husband's sister.

Should we fill out I-864 for my husband and I-864A, (Contract Between Sponsor and Household Member) for my husband's sister?

Thank you in advance! :)

You actually only have one joint sponsor. Te petitioner (your husband) is the sponsor. Do you and your husband live with his sister? If so then the I-864A can be used.
