Time for Nebraska

Hi We applied for 601 and 212 waiver from Nebraska service center on April 7 they received our case. Does anybody know how long time they are usually taking to take a decision in the applicant and I'm in Brazil now and my wife she is in Florida. We will be glad if somebody can help us. Thanks

Could be 6-8 mths depends on work loads

you can get lucky & have an answer in 5 mths

Hi thanks for your replay and yes we did with an atty

They say processing time 4 months and never do it in that time. My wife is sick she has cancer and they don't even care about it that's so bad.

Hi finally our 601 has been approved yesterday but the 212 not yet. Do you know why not or what's happen next?

Once an I 601 ia approved the 212 is also approved , they send the info electronically to your embassy

you will recieve directions if a new medical & interview is needed, or request to carry PP in....Congrats

Do you have any idea for Brazil how long usually take to receive instructions for the next step. Sorry to borrow you just many question because my wife is sick and I need to be there ASAP this is one of the reason they approved the 601 because I call there asking to hurry because medical isue and after 15 days I got approved because all the proves was in packed we sent to them. Thanks
