Hi JG just got off the phone with NVC no luck on case # I was told to call back Monday. Now make sure when your wife gets her new NBI make sure it lists all of her AKA'S. I don't know about the case # thing for your family but just wait and see. You can put all of your packages together i-864 then your civil documents use a cover sheet below the bar coded sheet to list everything. You only need the 2015 IRS TRANSCRIPTS

Just add your paystubs for the past 30 days no need for the employer letter

You only pay the AOS fee once, but two separate IV fees for your wife and child. You will need to fill out two separate i-864 forms, but you can send all the paperwork together. I believe you can call NVC and make sure that the two cases are linked so that everything can be reviewed together.

Hi teddy! My hubby is getting his medical done on Wednesday... we're actually anticipating him having to get the dreaded sputum exam Not that he has TB, but in his recent xray they found some "fibrosis." A sputum exam means he won't be here until October, at the earliest

But anyway... enough about me hehe.

That sucks cuz you miss him alot. Always something to slow you down but you never know with the medical there. I'm still waiting for my stepdaughter case # maybe Monday. I want to bring her here asap but my wife wants her to graduate high school there but I want her to have a little schooling here before she goes to college I don't want her to flunk the first year so that's where I'm at now. I have all of my paperwork ready for nvc pay the fee's get CC.

We're praying that SLEC will let him pass... but I guess we're just emotionally preparing ourselves for a possible delay.

Actually, to be honest I kind of think it's your stepdaughter's wish to stay and graduate first with her friends... which is understandable, of course. She just has to mentally and emotionally prepare herself for college here... school here is very different from school over there, and this is coming from my own first hand experience.

And I don't know why NVC has been slow in issuing case numbers lately... perhaps they put more focus on scheduling those with CC for the mean time. I hope you guys get your numbers soon!

Hi I just got off the phone with NVC no luck will try again Monday morning. I wish you all the luck with your husbands medical. The reason why my stepdaughter wants to wait until next year is my wife told her that it would be hard for me to take off from work cuz I already used up all my vacation time for this year but if really needed I can but without pay.if I could find a flight from manila to Philadelphia without to much changing planes it should be easy enough for her to come her in November. I don't want her to burn the first year of college here no money to waste

Hi teddy! I'm glad you finally got your case number The AOS fee is $120 & the IV fee is $325... in order to unlock the IV fee, you have to fill out your DS-261 and get it reviewed over the phone. It should unlock after 24hrs. Then when the IV fee shows PAID, you can fill out the DS-260 and send your AOS & IV documents.

If you are unable to fill out the DS-261 they probably haven't put you into the system yet. Which means you have to wait until NVC sends you the "welcome email." Since you have a case number already I would wait another day or two for them to send the email.

Just got off the phone with NVC after waiting on hold for an hour. No case numbers yet. Maybe next week. Did you get an email or did you find out by calling?
