My lawyer said It typically takes 45 days before we get notice and that's if everything is running smoothly with USCIS.

To be honest you should probably ask your lawyer to provide the shipping information of your petition and/or delivery confirmation, because our lawyer sent it on the 14th and it arrived the 15th then NOA1 on the 18th...you're spending too much money on a lawyer to not know exactly where your petition sits.

Execuse me what your lawyer is saying to wait 45 days to get your first notice is definitly wrong most of petitoners 99.5% get their NOA1 within 1 week to 10 days most.

I think you should request the shipping tracking number and you can track if shippment has been sent or not, and could i know why u used a lawyer to apply for you however it's so easy to make it yourself ?

Hi again my lawyer give my husband the money order number. How can I check if it have be cash? Or do I have to call USCIS? If yes what is the number?

I thought my husband said the lawyer have him the number hit no he it is someone t the office did

No.. It's too early.. We may start seeing NOA2 coming in by middle of September but a majority won't receive NOA2 until December.

First off, congratulations. I can truly understand how must feel right now. Take a quick look at my timeline and you will see we both got our NOA1 on 7/25/2016. Our cases are nearly identical. I found that very interesting, so I thought I'd share it with you. Given that you just got your NOA2, I think I will get mines by middle of September. I got my fingers crossed ! Nebraska. I check the mailbox everyday and the website a couple of times a week. It's only been 35 days minus weekends, so based on some of the other timelines I know I still more waiting to do.
