Wow! So many Nebraska approvals. It seems like all of us shipped to Texas freed up some room. Congratulations to you!! I wish I had stayed at Nebraska

Same here! I was happy we are transferred to Texas at first but now i regret. We called uscis and they sent an email to inform we are under additional review. I hope we get approved in less than 60 days

It's interesting our NOA1's are the same. Is there any problem with July 1st?

"On occasion, we transfer cases between our five service centers in order to balance our workload and ensure timely processing."

I got the same email when I called in December. The end of my 60 days will be February 14. I fully expect them to wait the entire 60 days (and I'm afraid longer) to respond.

It sounds like the standard response they sent. What additional review could they need!

I have the same feeling exactly. Now I'll be happy if our case will be approved in 8 months

I first thought maybe it's because i am from a MENA country, but now i have no clue.

It's funny you mention that. My spouse traveled to Iran last year for vacation. I thought maybe USCIS found out and somehow that flagged something on the case. But then realized I was just being paranoid because I'm so anxious for it to be over.

Hi everyone,

To those who filed their I-130 back in July of 2016, can you please give updates of your status? Your NOA1 date and if/when you have received any notifications at all from USCIS? Transfers, approvals, anything?
