Yes. Wanting to know anyone's timeframe that they heard something.

I'm not sure as to the time frame once you turn in the rebuttal, may I ask did you do the rebuttal on your own?, and from my other understanding it can take a year for it to be returned to the embassy if they approve it. Was there a time frame in any of the letters you received from them? Your petitioner can call uscis and make an inquiry to the time frame also, there are people in Ghana portal who have been reaffirmed but they never said what the time frame was from when they sent it in and to be honest I have only seen three to post they were reaffirmed so this isn't something I see happening a lot the ones I see did use a lawyer and were reaffirmed. Good luck

We had an attorney do the rebuttal. No timeframes mentioned. When I called USCIS yesterday they state there is no timeframe which is disheartening to me. I just would like to know timeframes from someone who's been through this so I know what to expect. Originally I heard 30-60 days but ...

It can take 6-12 months, Ghana is extremely slow to return cases and then after USCIS reaffirms them Ghana takes their sweet

time to notify you for another interview.

I realize Ghana is slow but the USA is slow also. Took us 18 months to receive the NOIR. I'm wanting to know once u send the rebuttal back how long was it before anyone heard something from immigration.

Yes, I know what OP meant.

It used to be 4 months and now I am seeing 6-9 months and some 12 months with USCIS once they receive the NOIR/NOID response.
The problem is that sometimes you will not hear anything until Ghana has the case back from USCIS and then again they sit on it

until the second appointment. Sometimes you get notification from USCIS and sometimes you do not and it's hard to tell when they are

done reviewing the response.

That is why you should stay proactive with a senator's inquiry if it takes too long so you will know where your case is, either still with

USCIS or already send back to Ghana.
