I-130 Timeline

Hi all,

My husband and I have mailed off our I-130 packet today to the US Embassy here in London and I was wondering if anyone has mailed there's around now? Would love a few people to compare timelines with / chat through the next stages.

We just sent ours on Wednesday! Also to the London embassy so very similar timeline. We haven't gotten an NOA1 yet...hoping to get it by the end of this week.

No we haven't heard anything yet. However they did process the payment on 12 July and I've read of others doing dcf where you don't get an email and they just start processing it. I used the contact form on the website to inquire about it this morning so we'll see if they wrote back, but I consider the payment a good sign so I'm hoping things are on track!

I submitted my I-130 in April and never got a NOA1 either -- though I could see (as Futurekings can) that the payment had gone through. I think in these circumstances you can be pretty certain your pack has been received. Probably doesn't hurt to ask though. I gave in and phoned them after a few weeks, just to check.

Good to know! What's happened since then? Where are you in the process.

I haven't gotten a reply to my email but I think I'll call next week just for peace of mind.

We've got the medical this week, then an interview date in mid-August -- have been meaning to put a timeline together!

Just got our NOA1! Date is 12 July which is when payment came out. Yay!

Thanks to you both! Just an update here, just received my NOA1 with an official date of payment taken on July 18th. Let the waiting game begin!

Yay! They seem to be processing pretty quickly at the moment...lready working on ones from June 13! Let's hope they keep it up!

Hope you all are well into the process! I just received my NOA1, it said the official date is August 25th. Also I mailed it August 17, they received it the next day ?
