oh I'm sorry I didn't understand, my petitioner is about to send all financial and supporting documents, so I just have to wait, I think this is the hardest part of the process, I just have to be patient. VB for next month is January 8, 2010, so there are still 7 months left.

My priority date is October 2010.

I sent my documents to NVC on 17 June 2016 and I expect case complete any time. They had communicated that I would get a response in 30days but still waiting.

Are you guys saying that we still have to wait all that long (for my case implying 9months) really?

I have not seen a case complete and a person waits for more than 6 months.

I sent my docs in March and got case complete in April, so you will hear from them soon.

As for the interview date its not "set in stone" but according to what i have read from others' comments an interview date will not be given before the actual priority date is current. I emailed the Jamaican embassy the first week in July asking about appointment dates and this was the response letter

If you are in the F2B category and you get married while your parent is a legal resident alien, you would have lost your immigration benefit and your petition returned to the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for revocation. You would have to wait for your parent to become a US citizen and then refile for you.

Hi, It's good to hear from another person with PD 2010. We don't know how much time we have to wait. Sometimes VB moves faster than one month, sometimes it moves slower. Last time it only moved one month and for F2A didn't even move. So I am patient and just wait, I hope it moves very fast.

I'm October 2010 as well.

JUST got the email from NVC that they received our documents and to wait for 30 days to reach out for info.

And I'm actually filling out the visa application right now.
