Helo,

I've also got a response today but its confusing. Was expecting a case complete something but now this, it ain't clear.

" We reviewed your ...................... Affidavit of support form and supporting documents. While we will schedule your case for an interview, either your Affidavit of support was incomplete, some of your supporting documents were missing, or both. This could affect the consular Officer's ability to make a decision on your case.

We will tell you when an interview date and time for your case. Please do not contact the US Embassy or consular about your interview until we give you the appointment date.

Send the missing documents to the principal applicant so he or she can take them to the visa interview. Do not send the updated documents to the NVC"

Do I still have to wait for a case complete letter?? Any advice

All you need to do is to get the supporting doc they requested send them to the the person to take it with them to the interview. You will still get a case complete letter in another week or so via email or mail.

The next step is to wait on the interview date.

Did you send in all the documents required on the checklist? Did the sponsor complete the entire form for the Affidavit of Support - no blank lines, etc.?

My mother suggested I keep a copy everything - that is I do two identical packages, one to keep and one for NVC. And use the checklist - check what is included, not available or doesn't pertain to you. So, start collecting everything that applies to you on the checklist to take with you for the interview. And make sure everything is up to date or within the year.

Ohh Im sorry, I just wanted to know if people with PD February/March 2010 had received IL for September. My case is still on NVC, all my documents were sent this week so I just have to wait.

Be patient, we have waited 6 years, just a few months left.

Best wishes.
