How to efficiently contact Morocco for interview

So earlier this week NVC status was 'READY' and the interview should be scheduled soon. I have since then had my fiancé call the embassy, make email requests, even followed the prompts on their auto-reply message that states to schedule interview appointments thru ustraveldocs.com. However, there is NO K1 option for me thru this website to schedule anything. So I email and call the Call Center to inquire about this....NO LUCK and NO RESPONSE :crying:

So now what? Keep calling the embassy? I noticed there are 3+ different numbers - which one do I use?

Keep sending emails to request the interview and packet 3?

Anyone who has dealt with Casablanca Consulate please share your experience

I have never dealt with them, but this is right from the Fiancee Visa page on the Embassy website...

You have to email the immigrant visa section and they will not usually have your case until like 2 weeks after it was sent out as everything has to be put in there system once there delivered . So they won't reply until they have it in there system . You just have to keep emailing them I got mine scheduled like 2 and half weeks after it was approved on website . And again you will have to email them more than once and they reply back with your interview letter and Doctor info and everything else . But make sure your emailing immigrant visa section as k1 is immigrant visa

Also calling them they only take calls for about 1 hour and it's very rarely they'll answer because there dealing with interviews during that time . Calls are usually for people who have a error on there file or something not for interviews . They will tell you to email them

Have you heard any news about interview?

We are hopeful these days as most get approved now / very different than 6 years ago when all get denied

Advice:

get those 2 police reports ready

get the necessary IRS transcripts from financee

At interview BE SERIOUS / COMPLETELY SERIOUS

BE CONFIDENT

KNOW ALL YOU CAN ABOUT FINANCEE

do not hesitate for any question / answer quickly with short answers / do not elaborate and look like you fumble for an answer

We got a Ready status on June 17.

Our email reply stated:

Fiancé K-1 Visas

We are currently experiencing a high volume of fiancée petitions. We are scheduling interviews in the order in which the petitions were received at our office, and will send this interview notice to the applicant by email, along with further instructions. Any petitions that expire during this period will be extended as necessary to cover the additional time. At present, the interview backlog spans three to four months following the date which NVC forwards approved I-129F petitions to U.S. Consulate General Casablanca. In preparation for the interview, applicants are welcome to review our Fiancé Visa<http://morocco.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visas/fiance-visas.html>webpage.

We're hoping it isn't. Should we still email after this?

Our Story:

Met online through dating app because I had no idea how to limit the location.

Became friends through chatting.

Fell in love along the way.

Met in person in December and got engaged.

Filed petition in late February.

Got NOA February 26.

Got NOA2 April 28. Approved!

Got Notice from NVC dated May 13th that they are sending Application to Consulate.

Waiting for Consulate Interview Date.

Consulate says Ready for Interview - updated same status on 2 dates - June 17, July 14 and August 2nd.

Interview Date with Packet sent August 23, 2016.

Interview Date: September 9, 2016. Wish us good luck, please!

AP Waiting Hell: September 9 to present!

Awesome!! Thanks a lot.

The lady who transferred my fiancé told him it could take anywhere from a few weeks to two months and not to worry.

But we still worry...
