Hi, yesterday I got a checklist for my Israeli police certificate which can only be sent directly from the police department to the Consulate in Jerusalem

that's what the letter says:

______10 - ISRAEL CRIMINAL REGISTER CERTIFICATE:___________________

Israel: Generally available. Israeli police certificates are available for citizens and residents of Israel as well as nonresidents. Police certificates may be requested at any Israeli police station. They are sent directly to the U.S. Embassy. Former residents residing outside of Israel should apply in person at an Israeli consular or diplomatic mission.

Instead, I sent to them a request for my police certificate and also a note that says that it can only be sent directly to the consulate (as directed by the Jerusalem consulate when I emailed them about this issue)

I also see the 3 N/A's which some people say it means that I got my case complete, and when I called NVC to confirm this, they say that my case just got completed, but then again, why the checklist???

Recently When I logged into my NVC account, I noticed that there were 3 N/A's instead of just 2 (which some people says it's a sign that your case is complete) but just to verify this, I called NVC and a representative told me that my case just got complete and now it's ready to be scheduled for an interview.

A few days after, my wife (USC) received a checklist from NVC saying that we're missing my Israeli police certificate which should be sent directly from the police station to the consulate

So you probably need to request. That is a requirement if it missing you need it. What is the question?

Well, based on this information given, is it clear to say that my case is complete and now the next step is the interview? if so, then why my wife (the petitioner) got this checklist?

and how come the NVC representative said that there is no information missing and still submitted this checklist?
