Sure. I will update if I get any notice by USCIS.

Are you in the same situation ?

Yes and no. My spouse is under f2a but we have not filed yet.

I dont want to worry you or something but some people here told me not to file yet. Although some lawyers i consulted said i can already file for Adj of status. Im really confused.

I talked to one person from another forum, she/he filed early, way before pd. They just returned her/his application, together with money order/cheques, and wrote "your pd is not current, submit when current". (Something like that)

But i think you have a better chance. Good luck! Keep us updated...pls! Thanks!!!

I honestly have no idea what chart you are consulting, but it is the wrong one for your situation.

You are trying to file with USCIS, you have to use USCIS' chart.

https://www.uscis.gov/visabulletin-jun-16

PD 11/08/2014 or earlier is needed to file AOS in F2A category.

If you insist on looking at this chart

https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/law-and-policy/bulletin/2016/visa-bulletin-for-june-2016.html

Look for "final action dates" "A"

Do not look for visa application dates "B" as that is NOT applicable to you because you are NOT applying for a visa.
