Hello everyone I also made a post in the May filers section. I sent our package on 5/31/16 to VSC and it arrived today 6/2. We used two-day delivery and a bubble cushion large envelope.

Hello! Can't believe it's almost 2 years since we last went through this process. I received my conditional GC back in Sept 2014 so we are preparing to file for i-751 in the next week or so. I just got in touch with our lawyer and we are starting the process of gathering all documents this weekend. Ahhhhh! Here we go again! Best of luck everyone!

Hello ROC June 2016 filers and good luck to everyone in advance!

My husband and I filed our ROC package this past Saturday, 4th of June 2016. This day was the very first day of our 90 days window period before the expiration of my GC.

I may have a very silly question for you to answer. My husband and I signed the I-751 document with the date: 30th of May, however we waited to send our package to the Vermont office through USPS in order to strictly respect the 90 days period. Will the date (30th of May) we signed on the I-751 document be considered as a problem for USCIS?
