Another i-134 Question - Income Only or add Life Insurance?

Hello again all!

Finally received our instructions for the K1 Packet 3 and hopefully interviewing soon in South Africa!

Just finalized the documents to be sent off and on the i-134 I had another quick question: I make over the income requirements (over 70K annual) so do I need to add the Life Insurance piece? If so, do I need to add any back up for that? If not, other than paystubs, taxes, and letter of employment would there be any other necessitated items to add for the I-134?

Thanks in advance.

May not be required but any and all that you can put together would be great because you have the I-864 later on. Income alone is all you probably need right now with proof of employment, tax return(s), etc, etc as specified in the instructions.

If your income meets the requirements (which it does), no need to add anything else. That also goes for I864

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.

Assets are optional, and not a requirement. If your income meets the requirement, then you can leave the whole section about assets blank. You will not need to list them on the I-864 either, and not sure why someone stated listing assets on your I-134 would help later with the I-864. It won't. They do not even have anything to do with each other.

All you need is your most recent tax return/transcript, letter from employer and/or recent pay stubs for the I-134 now, and the I-864 later.
