The letter will tell you every reason why you didn't get your visa. Usually you have only 30 days to respond with evidence. You must address every issue in the letter. Once you mail your packet back to USCIS you will then wait for them to make a decision on if they will send your case back to the embassy for another interview.

It depends on the center processing ur case or how ur case is cos mine took less than 3weeks to be reaffirmed after submitting the noir rebuttal and I know someone who respond to the noir and yesterday is exactly 2months since they respond to the noir and no decision has been made yet

Recieved my noir in the mail today.its for non bonafied marriage as we suspected by the questions asked at interview, when asked if i went to college my husband said he didnt know. He knew but think he was nervous, also our skype records had no dates, and his answers at interview were short. And his english was not that good. Co said his brother and friend translated for us lol.his brother doesnt speak english! And his friend did traslate the first few months after i tought him everything he knows and he took an english class.i cant go back and retrieve skype msgs cuz after 6 months they are automatically deleted, and also stated it showed very little communication between us. I have screen shots of how many text he sent me more than 2.800,in 2 months alone. this was pretty much the only thing listed. I have 30 days to do a rebuttal .we also changed our fb after marriage at first we shared fb then i opened one for him so we can talk in msger, i need ideas of what else i can send for bona fied marriage, i have befor marriage and after photos of both my trips. Plane tickets.passport name changes, ss and drivers lisence, My bank account. I cant add him cuz he has no ssn.my house is in my fathers name along with ins. I never thought we would have to prove our love Because its natural for us, i feel insulted

Well it sounds like what you expected. I know it is devastating. Did he have proof about taking and English class at the interview? If not try to get a copy from the school as proof. You can't change the fact that his English was not good when you met, but you can that its improved during your marriage. Did you take another trip since the interview? If so you have all that proof as well. They seem to love pics of you with his family, so all you can send like that is also good. When you filed your taxes did you file married filing separate? Try to update you skype too, I was able to go back 1 yr on mine. I think at this time more is best. I am beginning to think if the CO is in a bad mood the day of the interview they like to deny. Its crazy. They forget most normal people don't document every step in their lives. We never are really sure what they are looking for or why they pass some and deny others. If you want to chat, look me up on facebook. I live in SC and my pic is of me, hubby and son. Best of luck with this. With Ramadan here I am sure we will be blessed by Allah to be reunited with our husbands soon.

Thank you. And he took englisg class after interview, but he took all the photos and she didnt want to even look at them. Her mind was made up befor interview. She had him standing 3 hrs and then sent him across town for another certificate. Then handed him a 221g, i dont file taxes cuz at the time and now im unemployed i go for my disabilty hearing on the 23rd, i recieved a settlement for my accident, his interview was held in a room full of people. Nothing was private. Funny how she didnt tell uscis how she laughed at our age difference and the sexual comments. It is what it is. We will get through this. I just have to prove our love. It could be much worse mabruk ramadan!

when i go into skype, click on hubby like we will start a call. Go to conversations, then view old messages. There mine say 1 day, 7 day, 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, year, beginning. Though mine will not give from beginning just from the year is the oldest. Then start from the bottom and left click and hold while you scroll up to the top. Then copy all selected and paste on a blank page to print out. Mine included all the dates and duration of video chat.
