good civil surgeon around des moines

Hi Folks,

Any suggestion on good and affordable civil surgeons around Des moines, Iowa for I-485 medical evaluation. I do not have any of my childhood vaccination records, in this case how is the medical assessment conducted? Also, does the processing speed of I-485 depend on the priority date of I-140 (i.e an I-485 application submitted on May 25 2016 for an i-140 approved on August 2008 gets processed quickly than another I-485 application submitted on the same date but for an I-140 approved on November 2007). Does the category of immigration petition (EB1, EB2, EB3, NIW) have influence on I-485 processing time, excluding the influence of priority date.

Someone posted this https://www.easyime.com/ and it lists all the prices for surgeons in your area and surrounding areas. I didn't use it for mine, wish I'd known about it sooner, and not certain how accurate the pricing is but USCIS.gov has a civil surgeon list. It doesn't give you prices but a little calling around and you can have a bunch of quotes in a matter of minutes.
