I got my visa today! Now I am wondering if I am able to enter the U.S.A from Agua Prieta Sonora. Is it possible or are there specific points of entry when one is gonna cross for the first time??

As long as you have your Visa, you can enter anywhere in the United States (Port of entry) were you will be processed and admitted immigration and customs. If you are traveling by land from Mexico, I am sure you will be processed at the boarder by immigration and customs in Arizona, Texas or California, whichever you will be using as entry point.

You can travel anywhere you want after this, if traveling in airplane you just go through normal TSA inspection like anyone else.

If you're entering by land at a smaller port, use the CBP link above to find the phone number for that port. Call a few days ahead, ask for the shift supervisor, tell him the window of time when you expect to arrive, and ask if processing your entry during that time will stress their capabilities from a personnel standpoint.

The reason for this is courtesy, because agents at smaller ports often have as much as they can handle under normal circumstances. Furthermore, not every agent will ever have processed your type of visa entry before -- they'll know what it is, but it might take them longer, and they might have to consult their colleagues while doing so, further stressing their staff.

The supervisor will most certainly appreciate your call and might say that he'll arrange for someone to handle your processing on a dedicated basis. Just keep your promise and show up when you say you will.
