2GO tracking is down?

Anyone else getting that 2GO tracking is completely out of order? Before I was getting not found message, but now I am getting error screen.

We have the same timeline. I called up the 2go customer service and they told me, mine will be delivered tomorrow (straight to my house). So i'm guessing, yours would be ready for pick up tomorrow as well?

Just to add documentation for those weary souls out there,,,

We received the visa at 2GO, but the ustraveldocs still shows that it is at the embassy. 2GO also still shows in transit. All of you future information seekers out there that can't wait to be with their future loved one can thank me by upvoting my post.

Got my visa today too!

I wonder why your information wasn't updated immediately. Mine has been up to date, 2go info was a bit slower in updating though. I guess it's on a case to case basis?

My interview was on May 25th.

The CEAC website got updated to issued on May 26th.

On ustraveldocs when I used passport retrieved, I get the message:

There is no status update available for the passport number submitted

While on 2go, I used the UID and got:

AWB, CN or Reference No. _______ is invalid.

Is this normal?

No status usually means - "Elvis has left the building" 2GO has your package just need to wait for it to be entered into their system.
