Am I Likely To Get An RFE From NVC??

Hi, I submitted my AOS & supporting civil documents to NVC last week, I just noticed though that for my military records I sent a certified translation of my "military release card" that basically states that I completed my military duty in Israel instead of the specific form that was mentioned in the country guideline information.

so do you guys think that I'm likely to receive an RFE from NVC because of that?

I would guess most likely, but if not I would bring the right document to your interview.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

A checklist for the wrong document? Probably. NVC doesn't issue RFEs.
