My mom just finished her interview today. She's under AP as well. I received an email without requiring any additional documents. It stated like this...

WHAT TO DO NEXT:

* WAIT UNTIL YOU HEAR FROM US: Your case requires further administrative processing/review. Wait for a letter instructing you what to do next.

Should I be alarmed? :(

06/22/2015 - Sent I-130 (Mother)

06/25/2015 - Priority Date

06/29/2015 - Received a text from USCIS case is received

07/25/2015 - Received NOA1

11/04/2015 - I-130 approved

11/09/2015 - Received NOA2

12/16/2015 - Case sent to Dept of State

12/21/2015 - NVC received my case for visa processing

01/09/2016 - NVC Welcome Letter Received

01/09/2016 - Paid AOS fee and selected agent

01/13/2016 - Reviewed DS-261 over the phone

01/14/2016 - Recieved invoice for IV fee

01/15/2016 - Paid IV fee

01/19/2016 - Mailed financial/supporting documents to NVC

01/20/2016 - Submitted DS-260

01/22/2016 - Email notification from NVC that they received the financial/supporting documents

As I said in the PM, just be patient, keep checking the CEAC website and your email for further updates.

The NBI issue is most likely be closely reviewed

Actually...we may make it! but ugh, expensive ticket. Plan is to get visa, run over to CFO with certificate, and then to a hotel close to the airport. Her bags are already packed.

I am under the impression that it is Friday 9:30 AM in Manila and that CFO is open. Is it a holiday there that I was unaware of?

There is still a good chance that she won't make it before CFO is closed. Time will tell!

Yes it is Friday morning, and I was referring to the visa package getting out of the embassy before the long holiday weekend.

As for CFO I am not sure how close you fiancee is to the CFO office or how soon 2GO will actually deliver today, so I made reference to CFO being open Monday whereas the embassy is closed - Memorial Day ;)
